I think it should be a good idea to implement this feature (if not present): to be able to import a .txt file containing a CLI ACL, so that we can modify it with the editor and/or test it with the simulator…

I have never used this kind of utility. i hope that it will helpful to implement Access list before configuring it on production environment.
